THAT COMPROMISE IS NOT A DIRTY WORD IF THE DECISIONS REACHED BENEFIT THE
MAJORITY AND THE FREEDOM OF VETERANS TO RECEIVE THE SAME KIND OF DEDICATION
THAT THEY SHOW TO DEFENDING US.
