What’s really at Stake in this Election?

Sometimes, Americans tune in to their local and national news to get an idea what is really going on but often what we get is “spin” depending on which channel you stop on.  Enough is enough and it’s time we got the whole story.  Regardless of what you hear on the “idiot box” there is only one real thing that we all should be paying very close attention to and that is this up-coming election.  What’s at stake will mean the differences between this nation progressing or regressing.

What people should know?

·         THE GALLUP POLL RESULTS SAY THAT 46% FAVOR REPEAL OF OBAMACARE AND 40% OPPOSE IT WITH 14% HAVING NO OPINION BUT WHAT IS OBAMACARE?

·         OBAMACARE IS THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT

·         OBAMACARE’S AFFORDABLE CARE ACT IS ALLOWING YOUNGER AMERICANS TO STAY ON THEIR PARENTS’ INSURANCE

·         OBAMACARE’S AFFORDABLE CARE ACT IS REDUCING THE DOUGHNUT HOLE FOR SENIORS

·         OBAMACARE’S AFFORDABLE CARE ACT IS MAKING IT ILLEGAL FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES TO DENY ANYONE COVERAGE FOR PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

·         OBAMACARE’S AFFORDABLE CARE ACT IS GRANTING SMALL BUSINESS A TAX CREDIT FOR PROVIDING HEALTH INSURANCE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES

·         FAVORING REPEAL MEANS THAT YOU FAVOR GETTING RID OF THESE RECENTLY WON VICTORIES FOR ALL AMERICANS REGARDLESS OF CREED, COLOR, SEX, AGE OR ECONOMIC STATUS INCLUDING THOSE OF YOUR OWN PARTY, GROUP OR AFFLILATION

Is this the legacy you really wish to leave to your children and grandchildren or do you still favor repeal or have no opinion?

Other things that are threatened:

·         FREEDOM TO JOIN A UNION, OF WOMEN TO CHOOSE THE PATH THAT BEST FITS THEIR LIVES WHEN IT COMES TO FAMILY PLANNING, FOR ALL CHILDREN OF ALL RACES TO BE FREE OF HARRASSMENT, PROFILING OR INJURY AS THEY WALK THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD STREETS OR PLAY IN THEIR YARDS, THE FREEDOM OF KNOWING THAT COMPROMISE IS NOT A DIRTY WORD IF THE DECISIONS REACHED BENEFIT THE MAJORITY AND THE FREEDOM OF VETERANS TO RECEIVE THE SAME KIND OF DEDICATION THAT THEY SHOW TO DEFENDING US.
